Firmly committed to a leading proprietary recruitment system, TXM wished to bring their attitude of bespoke, world-class solutions to their website to activate search engine optimisations (SEO) to help their content campaigns created by their experienced marketing agency.
Access to the proprietary website code was limited, and under-documented and moving from the system was an impossibility.
A number of web development agencies were consulted about integrating with WordPress, where the marketing agencies preferred CMS, before Rixxo was recommended by a previous client.
Foundations to the rescue. An in-depth fact-finding mission, a deeper understanding of the business, operations and processes gave Rixxo the tools to present not one, but three viable solutions that could be delivered on time and in budget.
During the "Foundations" phase. prototypes of the integrations were created and tested against a mirror of the current setup to test robustness, security and speed. With over 500 internal users and 20,000 external, the system had to stand up to demand.
The final solution delivers all the features of the propriety recruitment system into an easy to manage and maintain WordPress website, adding semantic markup and SEO tools to improve the ranking of the website and facilitate easy management.
