In Brief

If you have an entrepreneurial spark, are inquisitive and innovative with a drive to deliver outstanding work then Rixxo is the place for you.

A junior back-end developer is not a dogsbody. You’re an up and coming star who is still learning. You probably have to work harder than anybody else in the office because doing a job is not just doing it. It’s figuring out what you have to do, learning how to do it, getting it wrong a few times and then finally nailing and being proud of yourself.

It doesn’t matter to us if you’re not the best coder yet, what matters most is that you are a problem solver, and you want to be better.

We do things a little bit differently at Rixxo so will encourage you to meet us.

Our developers get to:

  • Influence the brief
  • Be involved in the sales process right from the very start
  • Choose which work we do and don’t take on
  • Own their estimates and approach to a project
  • Change the way Rixxo works so we’re always improving.
